Anti Dust Polycarbonate Tape

Anti-Duct Breather Tape is used to protect the inside of multi-wall plastic sheets. It ensures maximum drainage and keeps out dust and insects. It is made of a polyester filter backing. It is multi-treated and modified to ensure pore size, long-lasting fungicidal action, and good drainage properties. Although the backing is very strong, it resists the expansion and contraction of the plastic sheets.

Usage

Sealing the bottom edges of multi-wall plastic sheets protects the inside of the sheets from dust and insects, while also ensuring good condensate drainage without excessive ventilation.

Application

To achieve a good seal, the surfaces must be free of dust, moisture, and grease. The paper backing should not be removed until immediately before applying the tape.

Important Note

Not recommended for use in heavily contaminated areas where dust particles are <25 microns, e.g. carbon fumes.

Shelf life: 12 months when stored between 15°C and 23°C and 50% relative humidity.
